HVAC & Refrigeration Tube Bending Solutions

HVAC and refrigeration products rely on accurately routed tube assemblies for refrigerant circulation, heat exchange, condensation, evaporation, and system connection. DPTB helps manufacturers review tube material, bend geometry, end preparation, assembly tolerance, and the right equipment sequence.

O1 / Material

For copper, aluminium and stainless tubes

Thin-wall HVAC tubes need controlled clamping, smooth bend paths, and surface-conscious tooling.

02 / Routing

For compact HVAC tube routing

Refrigerant lines and coil connections oftenneed multiple bends in limited assembly space.

03 / Process

Bending, cutting and end forming

HVAC tube parts may need cutting, bending, expanding, reducing, flaring or chamferingbefore assembly.

HVAC Tube Applications

Different HVAC and refrigeration parts need different tube bending, cutting and end-forming processes. Use this section to match each tube application with the right DPTB equipment category.

O1 / Refrigerant Lines

Refrigerant line bending

Refrigerant lines often require compact routing, multiplebends and clean tube ends for air-conditioning andrefrigeration systems. Share your tube drawing, material, OD, wall thickness and bend radius so DPTBcan help review the right processing route.

O2 / Heat Exchanger Coils

Refrigerant linebending

Refrigerant lines often require compact routing, multiplebends and clean tube ends for air-conditioning andrefrigeration systems. Share your tube drawing, material, OD, wall thickness and bend radius so DPTBcan help review the right processing route.

O3 / Condenser Tubing

Condenser tube processing

Condenser tubes need stable bends, clean tube endsand consistent dimensions for downstream brazing orassembly. The correct route depends on tube size, material, bend radius and volume.

O4 / Evaporator Tubes

Evaporator tube bending

Evaporator tube parts often involve compact routing, repeatable bend angles and clean connection points.DPTB can help review whether the part needs CNCbending, end forming or a combined workflow.

O5 / Manifolds & Headers

Tube workflows for buses, trailers and transport equipment

Transport structures can involve varied tube sizes, repeatablebends and production handling considerations. The componentdrawing and anticipated workflow are useful starting points foridentifying relevant bending and automation questions.

HVAC Tube Bending FAQ

Position refrigerant-line bending under DPTB APEX when precision CNC bending is the main requirement. Use DPTBVERSA when the part family requires muti-die or more complex configuration planning. Use DPTB FORM when the same part also needs end forming.

Copper and aluminium tubes are common in HVAC and refrigeration applications. The exact machine category should bereviewed based on tube OD, wall thickness, bend radius, bend geometry and surface requirements.

For DPTB pages, use “tube bending machine” as the primary wording. “HVAC pipe bending machine” can be used assecondary buyer-search wording, but the final recommendation should depend on the confirmed material, tube size and application.

Use owned DPTB machine photos, clean refrigerant-line assemblies, copper tube parts, coil-related parts and heat-exchanger tube details. Avoid competitor images and replace placeholder visuals with licensed or self -owned assets.
